Off to the Senate it goes. Once a government program starts rolling, it is very difficult to stop. This job killer needs to die.

The power of the ego is mighty. There were many aspects of 3962 that Pelosi demanded in that Reid and the Senate said should not be.
If this passes the senate,(( which the senate offices should be targeted, overwhelmed and overloaded ))there is already discussion of a court battle. I would rather the battle now than later before a change in make-up of the court.

@VH – let’s hope it dies in the Senate.
@Provoking Thought – welcome! I know that the 10th Amendment Foundation is already preparing their challenge. The moment it passes the senate (if it does) – they will be submitting the challenge to SCOTUS.
@JD – Actually, I’m going to create this is a separate page to reference back to at any time.
@Couchmouse – dude – I really thought you were a reasonable individual. I still don’t understand the thought processes of anybody who wants the government to take care of them rather than advance due to their own merits. This bill will lead to the ultimate in nanny states. I thought you were an American? I guess not. Real Americans who have actually read our constitution and know our history know that this bill is unconstitutional and completely un-American.
