There should be no doubt now that Obama is Socialist, Marxist, and Communist

I know I’m a little late here with my response to Obama’s speech – but – I haven’t heard anyone else saying what I’m saying.  I’m wondering if anyone even really paid attention to what he was really saying!  I’m not here to rip apart his speech – I’m here today to point out some of the subtleties within the speech that should be disturbing to everyone in this country!

The first thing to note is that he opened up his speech with a lie -

Tonight, I speak to you not as a candidate for President, but as a citizen – a proud citizen of the United States, and a fellow citizen of the world.

Do any of you out there truly believe that as a regular Joe American that you could go to Berlin in front of the Brandenburg Gate or the Victory Column and give a speech to 200,000 Germans?  Is there anyone out there that as a regular Joe American would be able to get an audience with the German Chancellor?  He was obviously there as a candidate for President otherwise his campaign would not have financed this trip.  Also – pay particular attention to his use of “citizen.”  It pops up frequently throughout this speech.

Remember, the term “Good Citizen” was used in communist Russia to delineate those who supported the government versus those who did not.  Those who opposed the Russian government and Tsars were immediately sent to “re-education camps” because they were not good citizens and their speech against the government was politically incorrect (yes – this term originated in communist russia as well).

The second point to make about his opening statements is that he immediately threw down the race card -

I know that I don’t look like the Americans who’ve previously spoken in this great city.

Is there any doubt he’s also not a racist?  He lived the Black Liberation Theology for 20 years under Pastor Wright.  This theology preaches hate against White people.  How is it even appropriate at all to go to a foreign country as a Presidential candidate and bring up the race issue immediately?

But – I digress – moving on to the topic at hand – his use of socialist speech were subtle – but – they were most definitely there:

While the 20th century taught us that we share a common destiny, the 21st has revealed a world more intertwined than at any time in human history.

What common destiny do we as Americans share with any socialist or communist nation?  Again, the communist doctrine relies on a commonality between all.  There is no difference in one another.  The difference is between the government elite and the common people.  Common people are ruled by their government.  Communist and Socialist doctrine dictate that the people have a common destiny and that all should share equally in both expenses and receipts leading to that communal common destiny.  But, only the common people share in the receipts (socialized medicine, socialized production of consumer goods, etc) whereas the government elite are free to take as much as they want.

The terrorists of September 11th plotted in Hamburg and trained in Kandahar and Karachi before killing thousands from all over the globe on American soil.

As we speak, cars in Boston and factories in Beijing are melting the ice caps in the Arctic, shrinking coastlines in the Atlantic, and bringing drought to farms from Kansas to Kenya.

Here – he equates global warming to 9/11.  WTF?  As we all know, the global warming issue is a socialist cause and mantra used by the government elite and the U.N. for further taxing the people.  Global warming has now been emphatically debunked – but – they continue down this path.  Also – just a note – I would like to point out there is only ONE ICE CAP in the arctic – not ice caps.  There has also been incontravertable proof that what is causing the arctic ice cap to melt is volcanic activity below the surface.  The Antarctic ice shelf in the south is actually growing.  So, if there is global warming, why would it only be affecting the arctic and not the antarctic?

In this new world, such dangerous currents have swept along faster than our efforts to contain them. That is why we cannot afford to be divided. No one nation, no matter how large or powerful, can defeat such challenges alone. None of us can deny these threats, or escape responsibility in meeting them. Yet, in the absence of Soviet tanks and a terrible wall, it has become easy to forget this truth. And if we’re honest with each other, we know that sometimes, on both sides of the Atlantic, we have drifted apart, and forgotten our shared destiny.

Emphasis above is mine.  Recognize the “New World”?  Where else have we heard that?  The New World Order is one in that the world is ruled by one fascist government.  This New World Order is based on marxist principle where the government rules the common people and the common people work for the benefit of the government and elite politicians.  Also – there’s that “shared destiny” again.  He still hasn’t defined what that is!  The only destiny I know of for Europe is a socialist one that will be their downfall.

Yes, there have been differences between America and Europe. No doubt, there will be differences in the future. But the burdens of global citizenship continue to bind us together. A change of leadership in Washington will not lift this burden. In this new century, Americans and Europeans alike will be required to do more – not less. Partnership and cooperation among nations is not a choice; it is the one way, the only way, to protect our common security and advance our common humanity.

First – why does he feel it necessary to go to a socialist country to deride America?  How Presidential is that.  Anyway – here’s that reference to a global citizenship – New World Order – we are not global citizens.  We are all people of the world.  We are all humans living among and with one another.  I am not a citizen to a global community.  I am a citizen of my country and my country only.  Also – note – he brings in that theme of commonality again.  But – he still hasn’t defined just what that commonality is.  We share nothing in common with any non-democratic country.  Sure, most of Europe may elect their leaders through a democratic process – but – their government structures are socialist.  Nothing common there.  Muslims are over-running their countries and the liberal and social policies of those countries are stifling free speech over there.  If you say anything against the Muslim religion, in particular the Islamofascists, you are automatically brought to trial on hate crimes.  I see nothing in common between Europe and America at all right now.

The walls between old allies on either side of the Atlantic cannot stand. The walls between the countries with the most and those with the least cannot stand.

This is that Marxist philosophy of “From each according to his ability, to each according to his work.” This is his and the U.N.’s idea of wealth redistribution.  They want to TAKE from the wealthiest to give to the poor.  Why is it a bad thing for those who work hard to better themselves to reap the benefits of that hard work?  Why is it a bad thing for a country like America who has progressed far beyond most other countries to reap the benefits of our efforts and sacrifices?  Isn’t this proof that democracy and our constitution works?  The problem is that socialism, communism, tyranny, and monarchies do not work.  The common people are ruled by the government and their work is to the benefit of the government and political elite whereby the people remain poor.  The countries with the least really do not have less.  The people have less – but – the government elite have all the money and power and don’t give back anything to the people.

So history reminds us that walls can be torn down. But the task is never easy. True partnership and true progress requires constant work and sustained sacrifice. They require sharing the burdens of development and diplomacy; of progress and peace.

That is why America cannot turn inward. That is why Europe cannot turn inward. America has no better partner than Europe. Now is the time to build new bridges across the globe as strong as the one that bound us across the Atlantic. Now is the time to join together, through constant cooperation, strong institutions, shared sacrifice, and a global commitment to progress, to meet the challenges of the 21st century

On the surface, this statement appears to be innocent – but – look at the key words again.  Again, he’s talking about the common people working, sacrificing and sharing the burden.  I’m still not getting what he’s trying to say.  We don’t need to build bridges to Europe.  They abandoned us when we needed them at the beginning of the war in Iraq.  We needed them when we went to Afghanistan.  We needed them to support sanctions against Saddam then, and Iran now.  They are complicit with the failures in the U.N. as they refuse to stand up to the corruption.  They are complicit in allowing dictators around this world to continue to oppress their people by not standing with the U.S. to bring democracy to those corners of the globe.  The Europeans have not been sharing in the sacrifice or the burden – so who the heck is he kidding.  The only real ally we still have left in Europe is England – and – they are heading down a true path to appeasement and socialism themselves.  It won’t be too long before they too are swallowed up and over run by Islam.

Also – take note that he uses “progress” quite often, as in “progressive”, as in liberalism and socialism as was defined by the original progressive movement of communists and liberals in the 1920′s.

This is the moment when we must build on the wealth that open markets have created, and share its benefits more equitably. Trade has been a cornerstone of our growth and global development. But we will not be able to sustain this growth if it favors the few, and not the many. Together, we must forge trade that truly rewards the work that creates wealth, with meaningful protections for our people and our planet. This is the moment for trade that is free and fair for all.

Do I even need to explain this one further?

This is the moment when we must come together to save this planet. Let us resolve that we will not leave our children a world where the oceans rise and famine spreads and terrible storms devastate our lands. Let us resolve that all nations – including my own – will act with the same seriousness of purpose as has your nation, and reduce the carbon we send into our atmosphere. This is the moment to give our children back their future. This is the moment to stand as one.

Another pitch for that socialist ploy that is global warmongering.

Will we welcome immigrants from different lands, and shun discrimination against those who don’t look like us or worship like we do, and keep the promise of equality and opportunity for all of our people?

Illegal immigration and support for amnesty comes to mind here.  Any way for the socialists to build a larger base of lemmings is the policy for them.  Since this is how LEGAL immigration already works in our country, there is no doubt in my mind he was talking about amnesty programs.

The road ahead will be long. But I come before you to say that we are heirs to a struggle for freedom. We are a people of improbable hope. With an eye toward the future, with resolve in our hearts, let us remember this history, and answer our destiny, and remake the world once again.

This is the closing paragraph.  After reading through this entire piece of shit speech, I still don’t understand what he thinks our “destiny” is.  There’s that “remake the world” (new world order) thing again.  We don’t need to “remake the world.”  We need to eradicate terrorism and the islamofascists around this globe.  Wimp nations like those in the EU need to wake up, shed off socialism, and join the rest of the free democracies and join in the fight to end the lives of those islamic bastards around the world.  We would not be remaking the world – we would be solidifying an ideology of freedom and democracy around the world and look to a real future, not be forced back to a religious theocracy and barbaric practices of 2000 years ago as the muslims would prefer.

Nope – sorry NObama – your speech did not impress me one bit.  it just further proved to me that a.) you are a liar, b.) you will vacillate on every position possible for political expediency, c.) you are a true socialist with marxist and communist beliefs, and d.) you are not right for this country.

Angel at Woman Honor Thyself also has a very interesting take on this speech – I noticed she and I are on a similar path:  Obama Runs For President of The World.

I’ll tell you BoBo… after reading the above tirade I am feeling a little bit of coulrophobia right now.  I would run over to Blanca’s blog for some cheering up but she has a rather nasty piece on McCain that I think ALSO crosses the line.

A commentary on Obama’s Berlin speech – but with a different twist. It points out the socialist talking points of a presidential candidate who has marxist beliefs. Of all the other commentaries out there regarding the Berlin speech, this is the only…

I tried to watch this speech, but, at the sight of Barack Obama on my television just makes me sick to my stomach. I try, I really do. I just can’t stand seeing him, and how anti-American he is (not saying he isn’t a patriot, just saying he’s not for what America stands for). John McCain isn’t doing much for me either. I say he is becoming a whiner, saying he has “been left out”. Of course he is, Obama is way more interesting that he is, that’s why McCain needs to do something instead of just attacking Obama, as that strategy is just plain not working, and I keep wondering if he even notices it. The third parties are getting less attention that McCain is, but they are trying to get their points accross. Bob Barr is working hard to get his name on all that balots in all the states. He’s even working hard to get into the debates that will be hosted soon – right now it is just Barack Obama and John McCain.

I give it to McCain, he isn’t just whining like I said, he did stur up some looks by the media by throwing out there that he might pick his vice president, but how long did that last? A day at the most. Of course it was all over the place in conservative blogs, and even some liberal ones (in between their coverage of Obama too). But on the news channels, all I kept hearing was where Obama was going next. Why not we just create a channel that will just cover Obama, that would just save the time of everyone… oh wait, TV ONE has already decided to do that. That’s real independent coverage, but I guess the freedom of speech and press that I guess we still have can still be used.

About the speech: Like said, Barack Obama wasn’t there as a citizen of the U.S., but he was there as a citizen of the world. Also like said, I am not a citizen of the world. I want to take care of the United States, and why do I want to be considered in the same class as other countries who are anti-American. Also, what is up with the race statement anyways? Why do we even have to point this out. Supposedly today we are suppose to get along with everyone, everyone be best friends, and no one see color, so why even bring it up?

But hey, Europe is going socialist, so why not follow them, because for the thousand of years of covilization over there, they really have had it good yea? I mean, they were so great, we are all still in Europe, and we love it… wait… no… we had to create another country, a country that stands for freedom, democracy, and the people. The America Dream – sure you have to work hard, and even suffer a bit, but the outcome is great. The freedoms that one enjoys here, and the supposedly citizen-ran government it the best. Sure it seems that the government is becoming one of which is looking out for itself, and not for the people, but the people seem to want it – Obama is ahead in the polls. We will see when Obama gets elected, how good off we really were. Even if things become better, the United States of America will not be the same, and it will not stand for the same. We will just be another socialist country, and that’s not a country I want to be in.

I love this country, and what it stands for, and the history of it. There is no need to change it to something different – what we need is to return it to what it was created for – a country of freedoms. Wrok hard, and enjoy your liberties. Stop being lazy, and stop being ignorant. Take the chances handed to you, and stop complaining. Complaining leads to what we have now, less America, more government, and a future that looks to be more socialist, more taxes, and less moeny for me and you.

I don’t know BobO, seems like Reagan used to say citizen and citizen of the world, too: http://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/ws/index.php?pid=42644And that race card thing. That line was a segue into how great America has been as a land of opportunity for all different kinds of people. Kind of like saying America is great and stuff. The world is more intertwined. Aren’t we more economically interdependent than ever before? Aren’t there people visiting our blogs from around the world? I can go on, but that’s ok, if you want to say the sky is red, who am I to tell you otherwise? ;)

Hi Nelson – I can see your point on the “citizen” thing.  But, knowing Obama’s socialist tendencies, I’m just not sure of his intent when he uses it.  As for the race card thing – sorry – I like your explanation – but – I can’t buy that one.

If I were to say the sky is red, and you can factually prove that it isn’t, I would hope that you would most definitely point it out!  We will never advance if we either all agree, or we don’t advance knowledge through debate.
