If it seems like I’m beating a dead horse – well – its because that horse isn’t dead yet. Apparently, the Wrotnowski vs Bysiewicz case is actually being referred for a full hearing.

In case you don’t understand the full extent of this one – you can also read a full analysis of it at The Right Wing. I provided that link in a previous post as well – but – here it is again: The “Natural Born Citizen” Case Explained.
The premise here is that even if Obama were born in Hawaii – the fact that his father is Kenyan means that Obama is not a natural born citizen in this country as is required in the 14th Amendment. He would be considered a naturalized citizen or just citizen – not a natural born citizen. Both of his parents would need to be natural born citizens in order to be eligible to be the President. Considering this latest case is getting a full court review means there is something there.
Additional Update: h/t to Jasper for alerting me to this story – Apparently, Representative Diana Fessler has proposed a resolution that requires the Electoral College to verify Obama’s citizenship before they cast their vote.

How many of you out there were aware of that? Today is a day when we should reflect on the U.S. Constitution and what it means to each of us and the FREEDOM that it provides. You know there are some nutjobs on the left that will take the opportunity to try to say that The Bush Administration has stripped our constitutional rights away from us – and there will be those nutjobs that continue to push the ‘ol “Separation of Church and State” thing that is found nowhere in the constitution.
But – I have provided here for all a copy of the constitution as well as a link to the Cornell Law School (I find they have the best laid out details). So – with this election cycle coming up – let’s look at our constitution again and decide – of the two – who do you think will actually put Judges in office that will read and uphold the constitution as it is written rather than compare it to world opinion!

Oh how freakin sweet that speech by Michelle Obama was last night! She was just so gushy and motherly like – now wasn’t she? Oh – and parading their kids out at the end for a “Huxtable” moment! (Nothing like exploiting your children is there?). And..now…we have this from NewsOne for Black America:

Oh! Wait! I see the resemblance! Cliff and Claire Huxtable taught their children personal responsibility, hard work, and to depend on no one to succeed and Michelle and Barack Obama want a socialist form of government where the government gives everything to everyone…oh…nevermind.
Well – then there is the fact that Cliff and Claire Huxtable raised their own children and were always home to be with the kids to teach them those valuable life lessons and both Obamas are there to raise their kids and pass on….oh…that’s right – in B. Obama’s own words:
Allowance from Dad for doing chores: $1 per week. “I’m out of town all the time,” says Barack, “so Malia will say, ‘Hey, you owe me 10 weeks!’ ”
10 Weeks? Holy freakin hell! He’s gone for 10 weeks at a time? How many 10 week periods are there? That’s a completely different picture than what Michelle was trying to portray last night! In case you missed the lies, er backpeddling, uh cover-up, flowery speech – you can read the transcripts here – she was totally reading the speech from a teleprompter, as does Barack, and not one bit of it was probably written by her. We already know what she says when it comes off the top of her own head!
The Dems and Obama bin Biden supporters are trying really really hard to “humanize” this family and make them likeable – from that same article referenced above:
Are the Obamas the news Cosbys? It seemed so last night at the DNC. When Obama was talking with his adorable daughter Sasha, it couldn’t help but remind me of Cliff and Rudy Huxtable.
Yeah – right – gimme a freakin’ break! (Hey, wasn’t that an ’80′s show also?). What I got out of it was the fact that his daughters had no idea where he was at. Real fatherly of ya there Mr. Obama! You know, if you want to compare the Obamas to a T.V. family – let’s not pick one that all of America loves and that is the furthest from what the real Obama family looks and acts like.
With regards to the actual speech though – I think the one thing that pissed me off the most was when Michelle said “That is why I love this country” (after going on a long diatribe about she and Barack – Harvard and Princeton grads, as well as Joe Biden – the 30 year long Senator – have struggled and can relate to we working class people..phht!) – she received a freakin standing ovation! WTF? Has anybody in the freakin history of politics ever gotten a standing ovation when they talk about how proud of this country they are or how much they love this country? HELL NO! This was just another effort on the part of the Dems to try to help downplay her real hatred for this country.
Nope! Sorry! This BoBo does not buy that phony speech one bit!
