He died so that we may live. Please keep him in your heart always. This is a holy weekend. Today we suffer as he did so long ago. Today we awaken with him. In his honor, I will be taking off today. Have a very Happy Easter. I will see you all again on Monday.
In the meantime, I found a very interesting post over at beautifulandhappy.com. It is the curriculum vitae of our savior. Enjoy!
Taking this day off to spend with the family and to reflect on the greatness of this country, our history, and the future this administration is leading us too! I’ll be back tomorrow.
God Bless America
Words and music by Irving Berlin
Let us swear allegiance to a land that’s free,
Let us all be grateful for a land so fair,
As we raise our voices in a solemn prayer. “
God Bless America,
Land that I love.
Stand beside her, and guide her
Thru the night with a light from above.
From the mountains, to the prairies,
To the oceans, white with foam
God bless America, My home sweet home.

I hope you all enjoy your day off and remember to give thanks. I may be back on Friday – we’ll see. Mrs. BoBo has Black Friday all planned out for us already. She’s getting up early (did you know there are stores open at 4:00am?), then she’s coming home to pick us up – then we’re heading off to Picture People for the annual BoBo Family Christmas Pictures, from there we’re hitting some more shopping..and then after that..I’m not entirely too sure. Either way – I know I’m going to be whupped by the end of the day. So – we’ll see what happens Friday. In the meantime – Here’s what I will be giving thanks for:
- I am thankful to God for all that he provides
- I am thankful to have my wonderful family
- I am thankful for living in the great country that I do
- I am thankful for the gifts, talents, and abilities that God has given me to be able to provide for my family
- I am thankful for all of my readers for without you this blog would be nothing and I would be ranting for nothing!
- I am thankful to be able to have the ability to help those who are less fortunate
- I am thankful that Obama isn’t actually the President – yet!
